TRIO New Mexico Newsletter
The goal of our newsletters is to highlight our great TRIO programs in New Mexico and to provide viable information to our USDE Federal TRIO program officers, our communities, and advocates of TRIO. Our newsletters provide information about program events, student and staff stories and testimonials, best practices, data, student and staff accomplishments and everything that is relevant for TRIO New Mexico.
Spring 2019 Submissions
We are now accepting submissions for the Spring 2019 newsletter. This year we will be providing two options to deliver your submissions:
You need a Google Gmail account in order to upload information.
2. Via email to email@example.com
Submission deadline: February 8th, 2019.
Main articles: 400 to 450 words.
Supplementary articles: 150 to 200 words.
Pictures (please submit a sub text describing it): high resolution (300 dpi or above), Size A4 (8w X 12h) or A5 (8w X 6h); file size should be in the range of 12 to 24 MB.
**Text (word files or pdfs) and pictures (jpg, png ) should be submitted separately. **
We will review the material and do our best to include all the information you provide. Due to space limitations, we may need to edit information.
Google Drive Instructions
Program directors, please gather the information provided by the staff and/or students and upload it to our Google Drive folder.
There are 6 different folders (Educational Opportunity Center, Executive Board, McNair, Student Support Services, Talent Search, and Upward Bound – All), please use the specific folder for your program.
1. Click here to access the folder.
2. SIGN IN to your google account.
3. Click ADD TO DRIVE.
4. Click OPEN IN DRIVE.
5. Upload your documents by clicking the red button titled NEW.
