TRIO New Mexico invites you to join us for our 2019 Annual Spring Conference in sunny Las Cruces, New Mexico on April 11th-12th with Pre-Conference Event on April 10th.

This years conference theme is:  Shaping Your Future with TRIO: Ready, Set, Go!

The TRIO New Mexico Spring Conference is designed to welcome new members, promote professional development and guide and support TRIO professionals who provide educational services to students at various TRIO programs throughout the State of New Mexico. The conference will provide numerous professional development opportunities to participants, opportunities to connect with your TRIO family, vendor access and exterior networking with the Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) and Southwest Association of Student Assistance Programs (SWASAP).

Registration Deadlines: 

TRIO NM Early Bird Member Rate through April 3rd, 2019 is $100 

TRIO NM Regular Member Rate after April 3rd, 2019 is $120 

Non-Member Rate $135

2019 TNM Pre-Conference Event

TRIO New Mexico is excited to announce that it will be offering a state level Emerging Leaders Institute opportunity for new and seasoned TRIO professionals beginning with a Pre-Conference Event entitled: Developing Emerging Leaders. 

This Pre-conference event is designed to offer participants the opportunity to learn more about TRIO programs at the state, regional and national levels and gain valuable knowledge, training, and professional development in the area of leadership, as well as creates opportunities for participants to develop the skills necessary to assist in the operation of the TRIO New Mexico Association.

It will introduce leadership development in order to inspire and cultivate strong leadership within the TRIO community and TRIO New Mexico State Association. It will combine professional development, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences to ensure successful leadership roles.

Participants will be required to complete and submit an application for the 2019-2020 TRIO New Mexico Emerging Leaders Institute and commit to a year long training process as outlined in the application which can be found at  2019 TRIO NEW MEXICO EMERGING LEADERS INSTITUTE APPLICATION.pdf
