2024 TRIO New Mexico Pre-Collegiate Scholarship

Applications are now Closed

We are happy to announce the 2024 TRIO NM Pre-Collegiate Scholarship! TRIO students from across the state of New Mexico are now eligible to apply for:

(1) $500 Javier Alcantar scholarship (Top Scorer)

(4) $300 TRIO NM scholarships

For your students to qualify for this competition, you must have a current paid Program and Individual Membership through TRIO New Mexico.

To Qualify:

  • TRIO students need to be admitted and participating in a TRIO UB, UBMS, TS, EOC, or VUB program at their college.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll at a post-secondary institution at least part-time (6 credit hours) for Fall 2024. (Proof of enrollment will be requested if you are chosen as an award recipient.)
  • There is no GPA requirement.
